My name is Sabrina Sofie (she/her). I am a 36-year-old Greenlandic–Iranian woman with a Danish upbringing shaped by out-of-home placements and residential care.

My life has been formed through many transitions, and from an early age I learned how deeply we are shaped by change, rupture, and belonging. I am a Danish- and English-speaking psychotherapist (MPF), and I bring with me many years of experience from the fast-paced world of fashion—where presence, intuition, and clear communication were essential.
Across all my paths, a quiet thread has followed me: curiosity, collaboration, and a deep respect for human connection.
I believe in energy as our first language—the subtle, often unspoken way we meet one another. Especially in therapy, this felt sense becomes a guide. It shapes the space we create together and allows what is alive within you to emerge, at its own pace and in its own time. My own life experiences have led me to a profound interest in understanding both myself and others, and this curiosity continues to guide my therapeutic work.

My psychotherapeutic foundation rests in a blend of evidence-based Emotion-Focused Therapy, experiential therapy, and existential therapy, held within a phenomenological approach. In practice, this means offering a gentle and attentive space where your emotions and reactions can be explored with care and curiosity. From here, deeper meanings may unfold—revealing your needs, longings, and the quiet truths that seek expression. Together, we work toward supporting you in living the life that feels true to you, where you can take up your space and step into the authorship of your own existence.

Therapy is a practice, and we walk this path together.
Over time, the work creates a ripple effect—strengthening your resilience and supporting your ongoing becoming. Because I believe in energy and relationship, the connection between client and therapist is central to my work. I am committed to walking alongside you, supporting your place in this world and your unfolding growth. As Jung reminds us, “we don’t heal alone,” and in the spirit of Camus, I am here to walk with you.
I work from a holistic perspective that welcomes the body, emotions, and thoughts as inseparable aspects of being human. I also hold space for the soul and for spirituality, should these dimensions wish to be part of our shared inquiry.
